DIWALI CELEBRATION

Aider celebrated Diwali on 13th November with all pomp and show. Cheerfulness was felt all around as the students got into the spirit of festivity.

A special cultural program was conducted by the students of Aider to celebrate ‘Deepotsav’- the festival of Diwali.

The celebration began with invoking the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi followed by a choral recital of Gayatri mantra and Laxmi poojan. Our young speakers astonished everyone with their confidence and clarity when they spoke about the importance of the festival.

It was a fascinating moment seeing children dressed in traditional attire, singing and dancing.

A Diwali program was also organised, where the highlight was  gorgeous rangoli . Aider's corridors and courtyard gleamed with craft work and beautiful floral rangoli made by students.

Mr V K Jha and his family attended the celebration and distributed sweets, Diwali gifts and chocolates to all students and staff.

Aider appealed to make a green Diwali and Mrs Alpana Jha gave some tips regarding that.
