AIDER is Brain child of Mr. Virender Kumar Jha, a high esteemed, well qualified and profoundly experienced professional, has come forward to the respective rescue with their sincere efforts, superlative zeal and ‘Touch the Sky’ attitude, having experience of almost two decades in Garments and Textile Industries India and Bangladesh, Jordan and Singapore.
Mr. Virender K Jha (M Sc. Agro Chemicals and Management, University of Delhi) is the founder
and convener of AIDER, a congressional aide non-government organisation, who has
worked extensively on the issues pertaining to :
1) Child rights & their education
2) Adolescent and child remediation
3) Factory remediation
4) Social causes of textile migrant workers, and women workers in the garment industry
He has worked in Apparels Industry for more than 18 years in
different capacity in India and abroad.
