 COMMUNITY SURVEY FOR WORKERS VOICE HELP DESK

Aider NGO's working at best-level, engaging directly with Home workers & RMG workers. As part of our induction into the program we have been interviewing them on regular basis to get the complete output of their sufferings in the factories. Every Sunday we meet a number of potentials, current and former garment factory workers – this has given us an invaluable insight into the needs, concerns, hopes and fears of these vulnerable women and placed them in a strong position to craft a program that best addresses the issues that are important to them. We have formulated an efficacious Grievance mechanism, Alert mechanism, and third-party independent mechanism in RMG supply chain to address the vulnerable workers’ grievances.
